RJ45 connectors are dustproof and waterproof (up to IP67) cable assemblies which can be used In harsh environment. They are produced through the simple, fast and easy conversion of standard Category 5, 5E, Cat 6 cable with a variety of different shells. Compared with general industrial connectors, they have many advantages such as no need for welding and wiring tools, saving time for integrated wiring, improving production efficiency and so on. Meanwhile, since there is no interruption of the Ethernet cable, it is able to effectively improve signal attenuation and nonmatched characteristic impedance brought by the use of the original industrial connectors (such as aviation plugs etc.), reduce crosstalk of signal docking and be effectively uvioresistant.
